Tuesday's in Healdsburg have become a big thing around here, our City offers up free live music in our local plaza every Tuesday evening. Almost the whole town shows up to listen, eat, drink and chat amongst neighbors and friends. I decided that I needed to bring a new something special every week to keep my friends and fellow listeners happy and after noticing how many of you I see out there along side of me I decided to make this idea into an email . This week is one of Spain's most famous varieties The Viura grape…a "sauvignon blanc" type of grape delivering tons of citrus fruit in a clean and crisp delivery on your tongue. The Viura grape is mostly planted in the region of Rioja, Spain. The '07 is bright, fresh and delicious! The wine delivers intense green apple, mineral and floral notes, it is a perfect match up for your picnic snacks in the plaza or your summer seafood fiestas!
